PSA 2008 Exhibition and Sponsorship
This conference follows on from the successful meeting held in Stratford upon Avon during September 2005, at which the feedback from both delegates and exhibitors was very positive.
The venue chosen for 2008 is the modern well-appointed Holiday Inn ( formerly The Moat House Hotel ) within walking distance of the centre of Shakespeare’s birthplace.
The meeting will include new and novel applications of well-established measurement techniques in the laboratory and on-line methods, including tomography, ultrasound, laser and other optical and imaging techniques. The topics covered will include the creation, characterisation (both physical and chemical) and handling of particulate and soft materials from nano-scale, via proteins and colloids, to aggregated and packed structures.
The conference will be relevant to a range of scientific, technological and engineering sectors across a range of disciplines. It is particularly relevant to pharmaceutical, nuclear, chemical, biomedical, mineral, food and household product industries. Approximately 250 delegates from all over the world are expected.
Along with the conference there will be an exhibition in the adjacent hall where refreshments will be served to the delegates at all the lecture breaks. The exhibition will take place from the morning of Tuesday 2nd September until evening on Wednesday 3rd with a wine mixer reception being held on the Tuesday evening in the exhibition hall, along with poster presentations.

The exhibitor package priced at £1200 will include 2m of space with table if required, admission for 1 delegate, a full set of lecture notes & CD and the company logo promoted on the PSA2008 website. Extra attendees are welcome at a rate of £400 It will also be possible to hire backing boards if required at a rate of £40 each. Space is limited so please book early using the form below.
